I. Overview
Anze series self-regulation heating cable series products' core is special developed PTC material. that is using special low, medium and high temperature PTC material to produce according to the structure of patented produc. its technical performance is optimal, and all the material is not burning, quality is first-class. The products are mainly used in the field of environment of high temperature, steam cleaning pipeline, inflammable and explosive, high protective level, limitted using conditions, and installated at permanent and not easy to be disassembled and free maintenance or underground pipeline, containers, tanks, instrument and equipment of built-in or external paste type antifreezing, heat preservation, heating tracing, etc. And it also fit for many electric equipment of extension and development. Such as power plant meter control instrument pipeline needed steam sweeping lines, offshore oil platform heat transmission and antifreeze, West-East natural gas transmission station pipeline explosion-proof, anti condensation, anti freezing plug and can meet with such a variety of requirements of high and several ten times heating energy , and the need to cross, overlapping, years of continuous use, the use of long life and many other special requirements of heating filed.
2., Structure
Structure and material of Anze series self-regulation heating cable:
(1) multiple strands tinned or nickel plated copper wire twisted flat type soft  wire;
(2) special PTC functional core strip;
(3)  composite insulating & reinforced protective layer (it is optional according to customers' needs);
(4) (7) FEP insulating layer and reinforcing layer;
(5) shielding layer, heat insulation delay ((it is optional according to customers' needs);
(6) tinned or nickel plated copper wire, woven, shield or armor sheath;
3. Advantages:
(1) Anze self-regulation heating cable system can automaticly adjust the output power, so it will not be burned because of its own heat, but can be adjusted for the actual needs of the heat, it is a new generation of energy-saving electric heating element.
(2) Quick start at low temperature, the temperature is uniform, and automaticly limit temperature at the high temperature, all or part of the temperature can be automatically adjusted by the temperature change, don't need thermostat.

4, Technical characteristics:
(1) characteristics of the power temperature
This characteristic is measured under the conditions of the simulation of the pipe heating.  With the increase of the temperature of the heating system, the power decreases linearly with the decrease of the temperature of the heating system, which reflects the ability of the power to adjust the temperature automatically. (2) maintainning temperature

(3) Maximum withstand temperature
the PTC core strip can withstand certain temperature from external heat source. if higher than this temperature, the power of PTC core strip accumulated lower. Therefore, do not exceed the maximum temperature  of PTC core in the long term using.  Using heat insulation isolation method, can withstand over max. temperature in a short time, the length of the time of safety is a major indicator of product quality.
(4) Maximum surface temperature
In a closed container with good insulation, put a enough length of electric heating trace, the highest temperature at the rated voltage is the highest surface temperature of the electric heating. This parameter is very important in the field of flammable or explosive gas. Different voltage, different power, different temperature grade products have different maximum surface temperature.
(5) Service life:
the service life of the electric heating mainly depends on the PTC heating core band in the using of the output power of the attenuation rate, while the insulation layer and the outer sheath should meet the requirements, otherwise it will affect the service life. The service life is usually measured by the power  attenuation rate.
(6) Maximum using length:
the length of the cable can be arbitrarily shortened, but only within the scope of a certain length connecting; in other words shall not exceeds the maximum length of use. The maximum length of use is different from the minimum ambient temperature due to the rated voltage, the power, the cross section of the conductor, and the minimum ambient temperature. If the length of the request is more than the maximum length of the electric heating trace, it should be used to connect the power supply or take special wiring or use special specifications of medium length or long type with hot cable.
(7) product flame retardant characteristic:
flame retardant divided into self extinguishing and non flammable, oxygen index should be greater than or equal to 30. Non combustible and flame retardant is the two concepts, different grade, but  the flame retardant should be green environmental protection flame retardant.
(8) starting current
It refers to the cable at a certain temperature of a heating system instantaneous current when power on, starting current is usually higher than several times more than the stationary current value.
